About
I'm Destiny Best, a product operations leader who has spent my career building the systems that let product teams operate with clarity, consistency, and speed. My work lives at the intersection of process design, data infrastructure, and organizational change — the machinery that determines whether good strategy actually executes.
Through Altair Ops, I partner with companies who are scaling faster than their operating model can keep up, or who are building a product ops function from scratch and need to get the foundation right. I work with leadership and teams directly, and I structure every engagement for eventual handoff — the goal is a system that runs without me.
I work remotely with clients across the US and onsite for teams across the San Francisco Bay Area.
