I'm Destiny Best, founder of Altair Ops.
For more than 15 years, I've led digital experience strategy and product operations work, including at VMware and Intel: the websites and digital platforms people use, and the processes, information, and teams behind them.
I founded Altair Ops to bring that experience directly to businesses that need practical improvements, not unnecessary complexity.
Sometimes the answer is a better website. Sometimes it's a more reliable way to capture inquiries, automate follow-up, organize information, or connect the systems a business already uses. I look at the whole picture, from a customer's first interaction to the work behind the scenes, and design solutions that make everyday operations easier to manage.
